We do two things. We help people from all backgrounds learn to make money in commercial real estate, and we put together profitable, no-hassle investments for those who want to take advantage of today’s immensely lucrative commercial real estate market.

Who is CPA?

Director of Education of Commercial Property Advisors Peter Harris has purchased over 1000 residential apartment units across the United States since 2000; focusing on large complexes and totaling over $20 million in investments. With a BS Degree Peter has served:

  • At Sperry Van Ness Commercial Real Estate and Coldwell Banker, focusing on buying and selling commercial real estate and residential income property
  • As a mentor to real estate students since 2003 and to date has coached hundreds of individuals nationwide on becoming real estate investors
  • As a teacher to clients and staff of well-known firms, such as Robert Kiyosaki’s Rich Dad organization, on how to most effectively invest in commercial real estate

He is also the co-author of “Commercial Real Estate Investing for Dummies” which was released in the fall of 2007 nationwide. In 2005, he also co-authored, with Donald Trump, “Three Master Secrets of Real Estate Success”. 

 

Our unique program

We have a combined 40 years of experience in the real estate industry. And we don’t know of a single company who does what we do.

Here’s how our one-of-a-kind program works:

  1. Our commercial real estate students actively comb their local markets for undervalued properties.
  2. Our experienced coaches guide the students and weed out the unprofitable deals.
  3. Once a property has passed the coach’s review, we present it to our network of trusted lenders, who determine how much of an equity investment the transaction requires.
  4. We present the fully vetted transaction to investors, who provide the equity.

The result: a transaction that benefits the student, the coach, and the investor.
