That means we have students familiar with and scouring their local markets, under the watchful eyes of our experienced coaching staff. Our coaches aid these mentees in selecting only the most profitable properties.
Then, we research the deal to make sure that it really is a great investment. Once the property passes our staff’s review, we work with our network of lenders.
Each lender specializes in a specific deal type. We target lenders based on the property’s:
- Asset class — multi-family, office, retail, self-storage, or other
- Geographic — state, regional, or national
- Deal size — the total investment needed to complement the loan
Only then, after the property has passed our review and a lender’s, do we present the transaction to you.
You can do as much or as little research on the property as you like. Then you invest, confident in the knowledge that our team has fully vetted the deal to minimize the risk to you.
