SABJ looking for commercial property listings
As the research director, I collect and publish the data on available properties, including total square footage available and rent prices.
This year, we’re making some minor changes and updates to the listings to provide more pertinent information for the readers.
The changes:
• We will no longer list entries with total rentable square footage of less than 2,000 square feet.
• We no longer will list subleases for buildings.
• We no longer will list buildings under construction. In order to be listed, buildings must be completed and immediately available for lease.
• Fax numbers no longer will be published in the journal; e-mail addresses of leasing contacts will be listed instead.
